1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Lockdown Gaming Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our websites, games (including Prison Struggle at prisonstruggle.com and Mob Wars City at mobwarscity.com), and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. 4. Game Rules and Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Services
  • Create or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (“multi-accounting”)
  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other players
  • Use offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language in in-game chat, forums, or any communication channels
  • Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, accounts, or currency unless explicitly authorized by us
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our Services
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
  • Exploit bugs or glitches; instead, report them to us promptly
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violations of these conduct rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or other actions at our sole discretion.

5. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

Our Services may allow you to purchase virtual currency, items, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you under these Terms
  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency
  • We may modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice
  • All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
  • You may not transfer, sell, or trade Virtual Items outside of the game unless explicitly permitted

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and game data, is the property of Lockdown Gaming Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software included in the Services
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or trade names without prior written consent

7. User-Generated Content

Our Services may allow you to post, submit, or transmit content such as chat messages, forum posts, and other communications (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with our Services
  • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content
  • Agree that your User Content will not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep our Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may result in temporary downtime
  • Update game mechanics, balance, content, and features as we see fit

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOCKDOWN GAMING INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lockdown Gaming Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lockdown Gaming Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lockdown Gaming Inc. regarding the use of our Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings (whether oral or written).
